We prepare our Open Days many months in advance and the next two are Sunday 16th May and Sunday 12th September 2004. We are always looking for new exhibits, demonstrators, performers or anything that will add to the enjoyment of the day. The construction of a catwalk has raised considerable interest this last year once with fashion models and the second time with the public having a go themselves. Enquiries with fashion shops locally to organise a show to promote their shop fell on deaf ears! Our most lucrative fund raising raffle has not been possible this Christmas because we have only one top prize. We really need your help to get other prizes as our time spent writing or ringing companies/individuals is so limited. While I know that you need headed notepaper to present authenticity I’m sure that companies would respect, “I am writing on behalf of Brownbread Horse Rescue, Registered Charity 1029341, etc . . .”
